So glad we were introduced to Smallhope and Pennyroyal. I was thinking Leon doesn't seem to get much to do at Christmas (mainly because his pod is TWOC'd (taken without consent for our non British friends)) Could we have a Christmas story featuring Leon, poss visiting Matthew and getting involved with Team Weird!!??
Finished this one up a couple of days ago, and will have to seriously tackle the remaining three while I bake so I can be finished by Christmas! Although I did just read Christmas Pie for the first time a couple of months ago, so maybe I can count it as completed already. (Got my pre-order in for "Lights, Camera, Mayhem!"

This was...perfect. It had a bit of everything, Christmas, derring-do, badassery, and a heap of sweetness spiced with mystery.
So many great moments but I’m delighted Elsbeth was able to leave for the right reasons.
It’s so good rereading these stories and spotting the clues about events that happen later.
