Whether you’re a seasoned historian ready to tackle temporal anomalies or a newcomer to the world of St. Mary’s, this is your moment to join fellow fans in celebrating the extraordinary universe Jodi Taylor has created.

The launch of Elizabeth Cage book 4 – “Bad Moon” coincides with our Convention – so readers will be able to get a copy hot off the press and may even be lucky enough to get it signed by Jodi herself!

A Star-Studded Lineup of Special Guests

We are absolutely delighted to announce that the Convention will feature Jodi Taylor herself, the brilliant mind behind the St. Mary’s Chronicles, Time Police, Frogmorton Farm, Elizabeth Cage, and the Amazon top 10 bestseller The Ballad of Smallhope & Pennyroyal! Prepare to hear firsthand about her creative process, inspirations, and hilarious behind-the-scenes tales.

Joining Jodi is the only C.K. McDonnell*, author of the Bunny McGarry books, The Stranger Times series, and master of supernatural wit. If you love stories with quirky humour, a dash of the extraordinary, and unforgettable characters, you’re in for a treat. C.K. McDonnell’s lively discussions and engaging storytelling are not to be missed.

Together, Jodi and Caimh promise to make this a gathering of epic proportions—where wit, wisdom, and a love for literature collide!

*C.K. McDonnell’s name is Caimh – pronounced Kweev.

What to Expect at the Jodiworld Convention

The Convention promises to be a jam-packed celebration of all things Jodi Taylor. Here’s just a hint of what we’re planning:

· Panels and Q&A Sessions: Dive deep into the world of Jodi’s characters, settings, and stories.

· Pod Teams: After the huge success of our Pod Team Quests last time, this is going to be a mainstay going forward, and each member will be allocated to one of four Pod Teams who will compete against each other in various quests over the course of the weekend for the chance to win “Podchicks” (points) culminating in presenting the winning Pod Team for Jodiworld 2025 with a memorable certificate signed by Jodi herself!

· Spill The Tea: An opportunity to have a chance to share Tea (or Coffee) and biscuits with one of our Special Guests.

· Bedtime Stories: An opportunity to hear the authors read some of their beautiful words. Wear your Pyjama’s and bring an optional teddy* for a chilled evening of storytime! (*or Dinosaur/Dodo/Soft Toy of Choice)

· Jodiworld’s Got Talent: A variety show put on by you – the members, filled with amazing acts, beautiful costumes, and always a rollicking good time. (Apply to enter here)

· A Sparkling Gala Dinner: A chance for all those who wish to dress-up and have a meal in elegant company while being entertained by events of the weekend (please note, this is an additional paid event and not included in the cost of your membership)

· Surprises Galore: Expect the unexpected—you never know what’s around the corner in Jodiworld!
