I don't think we have never met but I feel I know you, so my condolences. The wife of a good friend of mine died Tuesday morning after she was given just a few days to live so I can relate to what you are going through.
I know there is a wailing wall somewhere but I don't think a talking wall has yet been invented. You could try talking your notes to a computer em'bed'ded in the wall and have it play back while you sleep. It's supposed to help cognitive juices (even better than chocolate). But it never worked for me.
Meanwhile were the plant pots behind the sofa the remnants from your kitchen window or an alternate place to grow plants that prompts planticide? Finally, the sell-by-date for chocolate is usually at least 2 years ahead in Canada so 'Carry on Eating' unless the box was for your 55th in which case bring them in September and I will happily test them for you, Jodi. ;)
