Yorkshire tea, tea pot which pours well, hand knitted tea cosy, boiling water. Warm the pot, then empty. Add 2 tea bags, pour on boiling water. Lid on, cosy on, leave it alone for 5 minutes. Put your chosen quantity of milk in the cup (St Mary's shenanigans for preference). After the 5 minutes is up, swirl the tea gently in the pot, then pour into the cup. Enjoy.

Hey, I resemble that remark! The idea of tea first is that you can then gauge the exact correct amount of milk for that particular cup, thus "Tea First" is the more taste-forward of the choices.
