This is one of my all-time favorites. I bought the large format illustrated edition after I had read it. I had read most of Bryson's books before and loved them. His humor is not quite as omnipresent as it is in his other books, but it is still there, just in smaller snippets. The research that must have gone into this book . . . ! Highly recommend.
Just one damn thing after another is 14.99Australian dollars NOT 99c!!! At least tell us it's that much instead of advertising 99c which is 99cUS dollars.
