I love getting the weekly newsletter, but I've voted for every 2 weeks as I'm thinking it would be easier for you. I'd rather you be resting or concentrating on your new books.
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the newsletters very much, but at the same time I wonder if trying to crank out a newsletter on a weekly basis results in an additional workload that could lead to burnout?
Jodi, I started the St. Mary's Chronicles in February 2024. My husband died in March. I kept reading your books and they provided the emotional support I desperately needed at the time. I have since read and reread the St Mary's books, all of the Time Police books, the Frogmorton series and the Elizabeth Cage series. Oh, also all the short stories and the Companion. I have also listened to most of them several times. Your books have become my great friends in my grief and they comfort me. I don't know what I would do without them. I am so grateful to them and to you.
Love to read it but give the poor woman a rest! We need her to have energy for her next amazing work. Also, I can't read the whole thing in one week; it needs to be savoured.
Once a week is good. I like being reminded that fun and creativity are out there; I like the recommendations of other books; I like thinking back on history (this week, William the Conquerer). And I like hearing from Jodi; her writing style can always make me smile.
I love getting a Friday newsletter but I also love a funny story or a ‘guess what happened to me last week?’ type blog/update/announcement so I’ve plumbed for monthly, expecting (hoping for) more meat!

Always look forward to Friday's newsletter from a person who I feel is a friend I've never met! Any crumbs from her table, chocolate of course! 😍
I don't think our Jodi drops many crumbs.
😉❤️

I look forward to your Friday's newletter! Whatever is easier for you is fine!
Once a week is fine, but as others have said once a fortnight is OK if it makes life easier for you.
Love the weekly newsletter but if it takes too much writing time fortnightly is fine.

I have voted for every two weeks, too, for the same reasons as others have said. I think Jodi is under enough pressure as it is!
I worry that it may take time from her writing my much loved books.
I look forward to your Friday post!
I really look forward to receiving the newsletter weekly. It is one of the few welcome emails in a cloud of rubbish

I love getting the email weekly but if every 2 weeks is easier on you then that works as well. I would rather you spend the time writing more stories!

Also love love love the book recommendations.
Is this enough love for a Friday?
