Linzi's books are frankly ADICTIVE! I've read them all. And then read them again. Four times. I have the ebooks. I have the paperbacks. I want the hardbound editions when available. I loaned the first book to the director of the local public library. She ordered them for the general collection.

I love the newish genre of Paranormal Womens fiction, where the MFC is a bit older and finally finds their gumption. I use audible for most of my ‘reading’, so put off this series for a while as it’s only in book format. However I found myself with some quiet time to sit with a book… OMG… I love them so much. Have now reread three times and recommend on every book group I can.

I have mulled over why these books are so addictive and I think it’s because the messages are steeped in reality through the lens of a fabulously fantastic world! Well done Linzi!

I am one of Linzi’s Beta readers and I find myself waiting for the next book with anticipation, I love the way she writes and yes it is addictive. I found it hard at first to be objective but the series is a brilliant read I’m hoping that she gets to film these, they would make wonderful TV ❤️

Great interview! I love Linzi's books. They are fun, witty, intelligent and addictive. I am on my four read of the series now and always find something I missed on previous reads. I also love the self help and encouragement Linzi provides. I believe these books have helped me mentally and emotionally.

Linzi's readers' group on FB is a wonderful way to connect with her and her wonderful readers all over the world.

I love Linzi Day’s writing, her wit, and the story world(s) she has created. Her book series is filled with bits and pieces of British history and culture that this yank finds fascinating. I tend to re-read earlier books in a series as a way of preparing myself for an upcoming book, however, I re-read this entire series as a comfort read. It’s definitely addictive.

Linzi’s books are brilliant. She’s weaves such an entertaining tale that you don’t even notice the life lessons that underline her stories. When you lead with kindness and give the voiceless an opportunity not only to speak but to flourish, your own life is sooo much richer and easier. When the world is safe for everyone, we all win!! And Nikki is so richly layered that you fall in love with her and cheer out loud when she finally owns her talents.

I was thrilled to find this series. She really has the strong female character down pat. I love the detail she brings to her craft. No sloppy writing from this one!

Linzi's books are my go to comfort books. I have a home library of thousands of books and a Kindle library also containing thousands of ebooks. I find myself returning to Gretna Green every few months for a read through. I always find new things that I missed or, perhaps it jut that they stand out to me more on subsequent reads. It's such an empowering series for women but it's also empowering for the kinds of good men like the ones in her books. Lol and some good instant justice for the bad guys.

I happened upon Linzi’s books by accident and it has been a very happy accident. I love to read and consider it a sport. Linzi’s books are addictive and so delightful. I’m so glad that she got those percolating stories out of her head so we could immerse ourselves in them.

I adore Linzi's writing! Her characters are quirky and intelligent. It is unusual to form attachment to fictional characters but, here I am, wishing I could meet most of them and dreaming of having a sentient house! The FB threads between her readers are as lively, snarky and thought provoking as her characters. I am looking forward to Book 7 by reading 1 thru 6 yet again.

I LOVE Linzi’s books! I rarely read a book more than once but I have read these 2 or 3 times. I get something more out of each read. The only other series I have done that with is Chronicles of St Mary’s. Her books are funny, uplifting, complex (in a good way!), and magical. I love them.
